I don't know if this will help anyone, but it worked for me. If you want to print out your affiliates rewards, but don't have your company's control number, this is the list. It's a bit outdated, but mine worked. It's in .pdf format and you may have to download it and save it to your computer. I hope this helps!

I did the same thing. Me and one other guy at work have been bugging HR about these codes over the last 18 months (3 vehicles between us for 3 different manufacturers). They are completely clueless about it. Whoever set it up is long gone. It has gotten so bad they put our names on the intranet as the contact people for the program!
