Indiana Adventure Life USA Issues?

I see occasional posts throughout the forum and other places of people buying decals from Adventure Life USA. I placed a very small order 9 days ago for the JEEP Wrangler Emblem Overlay Decal Set. I chose them over places like Etsy and Amazon because of what seemed like positive reviews. Their website advertises orders ship in 1-3 business days. Once that passed I started attempting to contact them. Multiple times I received AI responses that were beyond unhelpful. Finally AI decided to get me to a human. After a couple more days a CS rep replied apologizing, emphasized that all orders ship out in 1-3 business days (which is comical because I was on business day 6 at the time of CS response) and tracking should update shortly. A USPS tracking number has been sitting in USPS awaiting item status for 5 days now. I emailed CS again and have been told they escalated to fulfillment team and I will be updated asap. As a first time customer of theirs, I'm not impressed at all. Hopefully the actual product far exceeds their poor customer service.
