Mine came with a set of 5 from Mopar. Dealer had them on every Jeep Wrangler and Gladiatoron the lot. I’ve kept them on, can’t see it doing any harm. I think they run about $68/set. For the rear I’ve got a weather tech. Works great. My rear seat came out as soon as I got home from the dealer. Dog died on top of the weathertech and the third member of the family is happy. During hunting season the dog bed gets l so it doesn’t get messed up. Weather tech is easy to clean.
This paragraph is a lot to unpack.

Even though McGard wheel locks can be defeated, I put them on 2 out of 3 of our JL/JLUs. If it makes someone pass us by and move on to the next vehicle, they've done their job.

The resale value is so low on stock Sahara wheels and tires, I can't imagine that there is a high theft rate of these being stolen. You can buy them like new or new as pull offs. I can't imagine the price on the black market is very high.

Anyways, I use gorilla lug nuts.

You can find them on Amazon or at Discount tire. A full set is usually under $30.

The only wheels that are in any danger of theft are the ones on the XR models. I can see a spare being taken as an opportunity if someone had a flat and needed a spare.

Spare tire theft was common around here about 10 years ago. Mostly it was pickups that were hit. Times are getting tough again, so maybe those days are about to return.

Only bad part is if you lose he locking mechanism which I did and didn't know it,,got a flat tire and couldn't get it off to change it... Got towed and the auto shop had a heck f a time trying to get the tire off... After that I threw away all the locking nuts... Have had premium wheels and premium tires after that and never had a problem with theft.. In fact the dealerships and auto shops all recomended NOT putting locking nuts on there... But its up to everyone to do what feels best
