Brand: American Adventure Lab
Second purchase from AAL and continue to be impressed by their products. Instructions were limited so I recommend looking up other spare tire delete how-to videos. Artec Industries did a great job at walking through wiring.
When the package came, I noticed slight differences in the product than what was shown on the website. After reviewing further, it looked like I got an updated version that shields the rear brake light from the camera which some people have reported as a bright red light in the viewpoint. Pretty cool that I got the newer template but was confused at first since the product images did not match.
I purchased bare metal because I was not sure whether to paint or not. Thought bare metal would be cool but could not resist painting it textured black. You will see after the initial installation, I decided to take it off and paint using Rust-Oleum Self Etching Primer and Rust-Oleum Textured Black Spray Paint.
