If you have a winch ready bumper that does not offer a cover. If you are not planning on getting a winch right away, but you don't want a gapping hole in the top of your bumper. This might be for you.
I have the Smittybilt SRC. I did not like the hole in the top for the winch. So I took the plastic slid plate, trimmed it down to be bigger than the opening. I reinstalled the small frame cover piece, flipped the modified plastic skid plate and tucked it in there. Using a couple of screws, I securely fastened it at the front edge, and bam, a winch hole cover for free. I think it turned out pretty good until I get my winch.
I also zip tied the factory license plate holder to it so I could mount the plate without drilling holes in it.
