Wife‘s ‘21 JL has been at dealership for 3 weeks now supposedly needing a new ”battery pack”. Have routinely contacted dealership, Jeep Cares and Jeep Wave.
Week 3 and we still do not have any timeframe other than “part may be weeks on back order” or when we can even expect parts (battery pack) in or even when to expect to have JL fixed. This was after we were initially told it would only be 4 days to get parts needed.
Took it in for a constant CEL and an occasional red battery indicator.
While I understand supply chain, and don’t necessarily accept it, are we at the point when there isn’t even the ability to give a timeline. This is supposedly at one of the largest dealer networks in the country. At minimum, largest here out west.
Nothing like a brand new JL sitting in 110 degree heat at dealership for weeks. Probably a good thing wife has my Gladiator to drive ?
