MS-10725. Mobil-1 actually walked back their certification I believe as well.
That appears to a European spec given the other Euro approvals it has.

What Chrysler vehicles require that spec?

Which Chrysler spec? Certainly not MS-6395, it is a big fat nothing burger. Dexos 1 Generation 3 is likely the toughest US specification. Else, all European specifications blow US specs away.

Read it for yourself - https://jeepoffroadadventures.com/wp/?page_id=801
So Chrysler will give away their MS-6395 to any 0w20 oil that is in between the min and max, at 5.8 viscosity for 0w20. And then engine will chew it into 4, a used up 0w8. And then we will be crawling steep snowy trails with that Prius oil, we are screwed.

8%, got to wonder what the error margin on producer and tester.
Never the less thanks for sharing that info
Even if we agree that 8% is there, the engine will chew it in 500 miles. My 0w20 became 0w16 after 2000 miles.

Virgin Vs. 2000 miles

In regard to the pennzoil 5w30, engine did not chew it. My UOA returned a 9.7 cst @100c for 3k miles usage during the summer hot months. This is why I bring the error margins earlier.
