3.6 L v6 egr flow issue

Replaced egr valve 1 week ago . Code cleared its self . Ran for a week and now same code 401 . This is my freeze frame can anyone see issue?

There wasn’t a lot of soot on egr valve and inlet pipe wasn’t plugged up . Just figured it was good if not caked up with soot . I was just told if I replaced egr valve that I have to do a relearn with scan tool .

So I had replaced egr valve but code would pop up every 900 miles found out you have to do egr replace function on quality diagnostic scanner so I bought one and all good now .
