Good afternoon!

I recently purchased a JLURD and didn't notice until after purchasing that the drivers rear door passive entry does not work. It works fine with the normal lock/unlock from the FOB and all the others door/rear hatch function perfectly fine. I have looked at the connectors/wires briefly and they do not seem broken/damaged and the Passive entry system is active in the menus as well as all doors on first button press.

Does anyone have any advice for where to start troubleshooting this or part numbers for any necessary replacement parts? I tried looking on the various Mopar sites to no avail. Thank you!

I have never heard of any Wrangler having passive entry on the rear doors, only the front and the tailgate.

Maybe I'm not understanding how its functioning or explaining it poorly.

My last 21 jlu would auto unlock the back doors after I touched the front handles. My passenger rear door in my new JLURD does the same, but not the driver rear. Am I getting systems names messed up?

Now I understand what you are getting at. I thought you wanting to just pull the handle on the rear doors to unlock them like you do on the front and tailgate latch.

You are correct, if your setting are correct (sounds like they are) all the doors should unlock with a tug on the front doors and tailgate handle or with the fob.

Double check the pins in the connector again, they do bend easily and sometimes a bent pin is hard to see.
