steering stabilizer was changed too, that was dealers fix.

I looked for anything else i could but couldnt see anything. I just know people say that replacing the steering stablizer is jeeps baindaid fix. I just couldnt see anything else wrong. it could be like you said thst the dampener was blown out (i didnt look at it before dealer replaced it), and so maybe for me that was the real fix.
ive seen shocks out of the box underdampened for the application, if yours was fixed with a new damper of the class, then your old one was just faulty. if your still having issues with deathwobble look for a heavier duty one with more damping than factory.

for the most part, steering dampers are a bandaid on a bulletwound for bad engineering. youd need a complete redesign in the geomtry upfront to eliminate that issue without a damper. keep up on loose/worn out steering components and get better quality dampers. its just not a problem that most people can fix at the root cause

Definitely tire balance issue since it started with a flat repair and spare installation

My ‘21 developed a wobble bad above about 72 when hitting bumps. it would stop around 65. I replaced the lower control arms with the ones from the mopar 2” lift ($100 for the pair on Amazon) to fix the caster angle. These should be put on at the factory, for some reason they don’t, even on the 392.
I also replaced the front track bar hardware with the kit from Region Offroad ($25 on Amazon). The factory bolts are undersized.
Warning: the control arm bolts take a lot of torque and it is awkward without a 4-post lift, but that’s how I did it.
All signs of wobble are now gone and it wasn’t expensive.

The only I have had death wobble was on a WJ that I installed a 4.5 inch lift on that also included track bar and replacing any worn joints in the steering. It still happened right after the lift. I did put on a RC 2 shock steering dampener and it cured the wobble and I have not seen it since on that vehicle. The lift and install was done by a alignment shop that has been in business for almost 100 years.
