2025 Wogoneer S

Om my 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S, the Uconnect volume falls off for no apparent reason, at 10 on the dial nothing is heard, at 25 it would sound like a whisper in a room down the hall, at full blast 38, it would sound like a quiet conversation, but cant be heard over traffic / road noise. I have tried turning off the Uconnect, turning off vehicle, opening the door with all off, spinning around on one foot 3 times. The Service associate at Rose City Chrysler, in Welland Ontario told me it may be a blown fuse for the AMP, but i said it happened before and came back on its own, and I got the look that says "sure, sure". so he had me book it for service 4 days out, I went home and going thru the Uconnect pages I saw a button for restart radio. I pressed it it prompted "are you sure" I pressed ok, allowed the radio to reset, and BOOM! the volume control is working fine again, no loss of set-up or presets. Why the F#$k would a service advisor not know about something so simple? Why do i have to waste a day and a rental car fee for such a simple fix.
