I noticed she mentioned it had BFG 285/70-17 tires that somehow grow to 35's. I think she was an Air Force mechanic of some sort so will give her a pass on tires. She did get them to kick up a lot of dust!
And make that "hairy cardboard", not fuzzy cardboard.

I’ve been watching her restomod Celica series. She’s not afraid of showing her screw ups and laughing at herself for them.
This review wasn’t bad at all especially coming from a Bronco owner who could have used it as a mine is better than yours bit. My impression is that shes just an all round car person.

After a little digging, I found one of her Q&A chats where she mentions having been an aerospace technician in the Air Force, and in another video she mentioned having grown tired of turning wrenches in the Air Force. There is more to her mechanical aptitude than that:
