Sailcloth is the standard vinyl top. The premium top is constructed with an acrylic fabric.

Having just ordered a 2025 JLUSS, I truly don't think ANYONE at Jeep or any dealer knows. It is very frustrating.

My ordered 2025 is basically a clone of the a 2022 I currently own, same color, only additional option is the Alpine.

Since I ordered dual-tops with my 2022, I have a hardtop and the Premium Twill Soft top. I like the look and feel of the Twill.

During my search before ordering, Jeep CS chat didn't know, 2 dealers told me it would come with the cheap soft top, 2 told me the only top they are providing now is the Twill. Gupton, where I ordered my 21 and 22, says Twill. I guess we will see.

I do know they used to have an upgrade option to the Twill for ~$500 and that option does not appear now.

I know when I was looking at the new 25’s they all had the sail cloth. Not sure if that helps or not. The sales guys said they did the twill in 24 but came back to sail cloth. I ended up getting a hardtop on my 24 and ordered the twill soft top from Bestop.

Thanks. Worst case I'll keep my '22 Twill if I dislike the top that cones with it.
