Twill soft top loose

Are all the twill factory tops loose/baggy above front doors? And is there any adjustments?

The plastic piece that goes across the top. Its stiched onto the top. Did that come off? Mine did. When i fold the top down it hangs down like a stretched out sweater sleeve.

No its still attached to the bar. Its baggy right above the doors but not all the way across
