Reach out to Jeep Chat they will escalate it, not sure if it works but now I’m seeing more movement so worth a shot

I have chatted with Jeep chat weekly for 2 months after placing my order on 10/21 and I am still at confirmed. They say they are going to escalate it every chat but nothing has changed yet.

Another update, It has been built and is in I status waiting for inspection. From what my sales rep said. He said if it passes inspection and ships by the 16th It will be delivered by the end of the month.

Which dealer did you order from? I feel like the higher volume ones might be pushing more?

It has arrived earlier than planned. Came off the truck at the dealer today, then going on another truck right to my driveway.

Congratulations on your Jeep!!! I also ordered from Mark, mine was shipped Nov 22nd and still shows "in transit". Don't know what's going on.

Thats strange, did you reach out to Anthony and have him check on his end? My order went through so fast, was supposed to be delivered on 1/23, and got to MarkDodge yesterday? good luck!!

I would check maybe it dropped off and no one noticed? I know that happened to another forum member

I mean mine didn’t update for 185 days and then went into production so hopefully yours isn’t like that .. should finally be here in February ordered back in June

My tracker has updated but I haven’t gotten any emails from Jeep for an alert

I texted him on Tuesday and was told its in transit. My delivery date is 1/22 (it was 12/20 initially, then TBD).

Hoping to get the text/email anytime now.

To add insult to injury I looked at my order today (I'm a dealership employee so I can see all of our outstanding orders) my Rubicon order placed 11/28 is still sitting in "D" status (accepted but not scheduled), we had another Rubicon order placed 12/11 that has already moved to "D1" status (accepted and scheduled for build) lol I guess one of my options is holding up my order from moving forward like I thought. Wonder if it is Xtreme 35, 4.88's, or steel bumper/winch group?

Ordered my JLURX with cold air package on 7/07 and its been sitting theoretically in D1 since 7/26 with no movement since then.

I am also wandering if that is not the case as my dealership is not a huge dealership. However, they have reached out to their jeep rep trying to escalate it and he said there isn't anything he can do either.

Like once I said to Jeep and they escalated it started making movement but not sure if it’s the dealer I ordered from.

Just received an update today. Dealer said it would be in production by 01/16. Looks like it finally going somewhere.
