Hi there all you Jeep folks. I have to confess that I've been stalking this thread without posting for some time now. I promised myself that I wouldn't post until they finally started building mine and I could provide a view of the light at the end of the tunnel. I actually feel like I've gotten to know a number of you as I followed your journeys. Frankly, it annoyed the bejesus out of me to see the folks with orders similar to mine with extremely long waits. I'm certainly not the exception as you can see below. I'm giving my 16 y/o daughter my current car and this is my dream replacement. She's officially eligible to drive on her own on January 17 and I thought I'd ordered plenty in advance but it looks like we might share for a bit. Today marks day 191 since my order was confirmed. But, happily, they're finally building mine. I won't pretend I understand the process, but if it provides any help, I'll say, after talking a lot to my dealer reps, that I think the hold-up for me involved the Xtreme Recon Package coupled with the dual door group; apparently that's a unique build-out. Obviously, if we want them bad enough we live with the delays. I've owned 5 Jeeps and two other Wranglers, but my last Wrangler was a '91 YJ. Maybe I'm having a mid life crisis but I'm so looking forward to the half doors and to taking it to Va Beach Jeepfest 2024 (along with some trails in the meantime) and that makes the wait worth it for me. Happy to finally contribute a little to the group and to all of you waiting, I know your pain. Hang in there.

I ordered my JLURX (white with cold air package on 7/07 with scheduled on 7/29) - this has been the most frustrating process; I hope you are correct in why yours (and mine) have been so badly delayed. Glad to see yours is finally being built so hopefully mine will follow being I'm past 180 days since ordering.

There is light at the end of the tunnel day 210 jeep went into production projected to hit the dealer lot by 2/4/2024

Nice! I was hoping my granite crystal XR was on the same truck as yours, but I haven't heard anything so I guess not. The pizza tracker did update to Jan 8 delivery date, so maybe Monday. Unfortunately I need to go to Dallas for work the 10-15th so probably won't be able to pick it up until after that.

I'm on a work trip until 1/22. Really bad timing. I'm sure you will pick yours up before me.

Me too, until the 15th. Assuming mine gets delivered before then I'll pick it up then. I'll snap a photo of yours if I see it there!

Just to give you guys hope it took 6 months to get movement on mine and now after 6 months it’s finally moving fast as shit .. But it was dead for the first 190 days

I mean it’s a haul but it’ll come I hope yours moves faster than mine did but gave me time to basically save up enough to almost pay it off

My delivery date has come an gone. I've been sitting in production for 39 days so far and my dealer says I will be lucky to take delivery in March. My Jeep is built and just sitting there waiting for my half doors. Sounds like there isn't enough half doors on order for them to make them, so we just wait for more orders. I hope your doors are enough to push us both through the system. I read another post last week of another Jeep waiting on half doors, his dealer was estimating March/April delivery.

I guess it is what it is. For what it's worth, I asked my dealer after I read your post and he was a little surprised by the March dates. Maybe there are some other logistics involved that we're unaware of or maybe they finally got over the hump (or the third party company finally ramped up) but he said mine will be here "very very soon". He actually said based on what he could see in the system that he'd be surprised if if took as long as the date quoted in the tracker. I asked about the half doors and he laughed and said "the system shows that your doors are waiting on your Jeep, so that's not an issue". Maybe he's blowing smoke up my butt; there's not much we can do either way--they have to build them at some point. I hope you get some resolution on yours soon.

Maybe Tuesday or Wednesday I'll get to test mine in the snow. Out of town with the family and even with the 4 door, it's not space friendly for 6 foot tall teens so we're I'm the wifesb Tahoe instead.

Fwiw for anyone around gravel roads In really recommend the door hinge protectors. Not even 1k miles on mine and already a gross chip on a hinge ?

Oh well, it's a Jeep thing, right. ?

I put the Rock Stopperz on mine before my husband took it on the freeway to get to work.

Doesn’t seem like there is a whole lot of rhyme or reason to what the Toledo factory is doing. This is my original order. I changed my mind and ordered a Rubicon X on 12/29 that hasn’t moved.
