UPDATE -- We are "Scheduled!!"
- Dealer called me today; said it should be finished Oct 17th, then takes 1-2 weeks to get to dealer and get ready!! Yeah!! So just 2 months 9 days from confirmation.

Sure enough, timeline updated with "scheduled" as of 2 days ago. Will keep y'all posted!

Yes, Sahara 4XE - first Jeep! These are the options which cost extra (besides the color):

I agree, I hate that silver on the Sahara's. That was the main reason I wasn't wanting a Sahara initially until I drove one. I've already warned my husband to be prepared to find a solution for it when we get it.

I believe you can point your hubby directly to Mopar to change the silver on the grill. Black gets my vote. Other variants can be had by exploring Mopar's catalog.

It was nice of Jeep to build what is probably a dealer stock order, instead of a customer order. Ohh well, the wait continues at 75 days in D1 and no end in sight with the strike.

My dealer gave me a build date of October 12th today. I know it’s not realistic but it’s nice to dream.

I find I odd that they complain about not getting paid enough and can barely survive but they are willing to go on strike for an undetermined amount of time for $500 a week.

On 9/28/23, I received notification from the dealership that my order is in D status (Firm schedule: serial number is assigned). Not really sure if this shows much progress as this will be my first Jeep!! First time ordering a vehicle too.

I heard from my dealership on 9/28/23 as well. My salesperson said I’m in D status. Do you know if this is different than D1? Also, where does one see the timeline image you posted? I’m only able to see what’s on the jeep.com Order Tracking tool.

No idea if D = D1

I’m pretty sure D1 means you have an actual scheduled date. There are a few trackers you can follow: waitingforjeep.com jeeptracker.com jeep-tracker.fly.dev

Yes, D1 should mean a scheduled date has been assigned and is the next step up from C/D.
