What prompted the second order?

Two things - first, I ordered July 17 and expected to have it before Winter. With all of the delays, and seeing where others deliveries were coming in, it was looking like my Jeep was going to be delivered to Ourisman in Feb. I was just notified of a production date of Jan. 20 so it's pretty close. I didn't want to do a fly and drive from MD to MA in the peak of Winter with all the salt on the road.

Second, over Christmas I visited my local Jeep dealer and saw an Anvil Sahara with SOT. I really liked the look of the color matched HT and I always wanted the SOT, but it wasn't available with Anvil when I ordered in July. So the new order gives me the SOT (and color matched top) and pushes out my delivery to Spring which allows me to (hopefully) avoid the salt.

Well today is a kind of a big milestone, I hit triple digits today. 100 days since I placed the order and received a VON and VIN. Been stuck in confirmed status since then. Obviously, I wish I had the Jeep or at least knew that it was closer to being built. Alas, it is what it is and I will keep waiting. I‘m in too far to turn back now.

it’s awesome, drives so much better than my 2019 Moab.. Much quieter, much smoother, love the new screen and electronics. Better sound quality apple play is nice. Oh, and it stands up and snorts!
women love the red seats too!

Nice looking side steps....what kind are they? I'll have to look in to them.

I'm showing a delivery date of March 17th. I have to imagine it's sooner than that unless it sits in a railyard for no reason.
