2024 4xe Willys issue

We brought home a 2024 Willys with just under 9k miles yesterday. Its been charging and it was fine yesterday. Woke up this morning to start it and it sounded much louder than its supposed to be, which might have been the cold start...but then we got in and the radio and system had reset at some point. The clock was wrong, all the presets and profiles I went through setting up were gone and neither phone was paired. Any clues? Its my first 4xe.

I bought it yesterday. We have to get the recalls taken care of. Im thinking that might have something to do with it.

It could certainly be a bad 12V battery. It shouldn't be, but there are a lot of posts on here about crappy 12V's right off the dealer lot.

Bit late but if an over the air radio update occurs it may lose its proxy configuration after the update. This explains why all your settings seemed reset. It usually fixes itself after two sleep cycles
