It's confirmed that the power box is not backwards compatible because '21-'23s are input only.
I'm hoping there will be an aftermarket upgrade for this that's not too crazy.

I'd be willing to pay for a '24 IDCM but there's no chance in hell Jeep would ever release a software update to enable the function.

I was hoping Tesla would inspire/force other companies to be as willing to offer hardware retrofits to bring older cars up to modern standards but that doesn't seem to be happening unfortunately.

This capability was a significant factor in my decision to purchase a 4xe.
I own a 2021 Ford F-150 Powerboost (7.2kWh) and the ability to fully power my 30A trailer while boon docking has been a game changer for me. Using Starlink, I can work remotely which means that I can stay longer and use fewer vacation days ?
