2023 Sahara...weird spec sheet

Hi guys, i live in Colombia, South America, because the market is somehow small, Jeep doesn´t gave us the option to spec a new vehicle the way you wanted.
You just go to the dealer and pick a color (At least that was the option before Covid)
So, i ended buying a 2023 Sahara with "Colombian" Specs.
It come to my knowledge that, for some reason it didn´t come with the regular Sahara Grill.

But that´s ok, i can live with that...

My question, and believe me i´ve searched and read all the forum and had no answer for this:

When i looked into the Build Sheet with my Vin number i see the SelecTrac option, my car has the 4H AUTO option and everything, but i couldn´t find the LSD.
I thought, and correct me if i´m wrong, that the LSD was "obligatory" for 2023 builts when you choose the SelecTrac option, At least in the Jeep webpage.
If that wasn´t bad enough, i found on my vehicle equipment sheet from FCA:

- 2.72:1 SELEC-TRAC FULL TIME 4WD SYS
- DANA M186 FRONT AXLE
- 3.45 OVERALL TOP GEAR RATIO
- DANA M200 REAR AXLE
- CONV DIFF FRT AXLE W/DISCONNECT
- CONVENTIONAL DIFFERENTIAL REAR AXLE

So, no Dana 44 rear axle, no LSD BUT for some reason i do have SelecTrac.

Can somebody explain me this? It´s possible somehow that the vehicle equipment sheet from FCA webpage is wrong? or you can have SelecTrac with no LSD and no Dana 44, contrary of what i´ve been reading here?

The M200 is also called a Dana 44 - this can be confirmed with google.
Wrong, sorry. The M220 is the Dana 44, the m200 is the dana 35.

To the OP- make sure you are reading the sheet right, the base sarahara may initially say it is equipped with an m200, but the select trac transfer case option ( if it is an option for that region) may change it to m220.

You can tell by the shape of the housing.

Yes, i copy/paste from the sheet, my question is, it´s possible somehow that the vehicle equipment sheet from FCA webpage is wrong? or you can have SelecTrac with no LSD and no Dana 44, contrary of what i´ve been reading here?

Also note that factory specs MAY vary from market to market. (Example, Europe and Australia, and maybe others, got the 4 cylinder 2.2 diesel. This was never offered in the States). The spec for your Jeep may be different than one sold in the US, Europe or other markets-even for the “same” trim level. Makes no sense to me, but there it is.

I guess it is possible that Jeep uses different configurations in different markets.

Does it say “anti-slip differential” anywhere on the sheet? That’s what Jeep likes to call it.

The good news is that a few months back Eaton finally introduced a Detroit TrueTrac that works on JLs. TrueTrac is a Torsen LSD that doesn’t rely on clutches, making it more durable than the factory LSD.

No, it doesn´t, but clearly says about the SelecTrac option.

Thanks Aldo, so do you recommend i install this Eaton TrueTrac? I couldn´t find it avaliable.
