Got a call from my dealer this morning to tell me they are building my Wrangler now! Hope this is true. Today Va marks 100 days listed (still) as being in ā€œCā€ on the trackers. ????ā€ā™‚

Ouch! I am at day 97 since our order was placed. Hopefully delivered in the next week or two. Shipped out almost a month aga :(

On Order: 2023 JEEP WRANGLER 4-DOOR SPORT 4WD
Ordered my 2023 JEEP WRANGLER 4-DOOR SPORT 4WD SPORT S Auto 2.0L Turbo in Sting Gray with Black Interior on 7/27/22. No movement since confirmed yet.

My dealer told me that it has a vin, that its in D1 and that it has an estimated ship date of 11/14/22.

Any guesses on when I will ACTUALLY get it? In NJ... anyone similar?

I am about a month behind you, but am still in D. D1 and a ship date sounds good!

Jeep Chat told me that they "escalated my case" and they assigned me a case manager which i shared with my dealer, but honestly not sure if that means anything either.....
The case manager's name will be Cara, and Cara is useless... I hope I am proven wrong here, but a lot of us also have escalated cases and case #s and haven't gotten anywhere. Its a crapshoot.

If the assembly plant can’t fulfill an order in a certain time frame due to supplies, the dealer is informed of the reason and given an option to change the order to move it along. Otherwise it will go to stand by until lacking parts are available again.
I would start to communicate with the appropriate department at the dealership (not the sales staff). They should be able to show you communications with FCA. You may want them to verify that there are zero aspects of your order holding up the scheduling/build process; especially if they can’t show you recent communications.
Your personal visits will have better success getting answers than any ā€˜case manager’ over the web.
