Just wanted to float this to the top now that it is 40 pages back. For the folks that have recently picked their new Jeep up have you checked/noticed these issues?

For the folks that weren't tracking this or weren't aware, apparently, it was a common issue in the past. I think the fuse issue might have affected the 4xe's more (?), but it seemed like someone would have wonky issues and the root cause was that their fuses weren't properly inserted/seated all the way.

A few folks commented on how rough the ride was and were worried it was a suspension issue, only to find out that the tires were grossly overinflated - airing them down to the appropriate PSI, as listed on the door frame, etc., rectified the rough ride issue.

And yes, I know "tHe DeAlEaR iS sUpPoSeD tO ChEcK", but here we are.
Good call on the tire pressure! That's been an issue with every JL we've gotten and it makes a huge difference!

Regarding the fuse issue... that urban legend goes way back beyond the 4xe. It impacts all Jeeps exactly the same: not at all. Yes you can go in and push on them and some will "snap into place." Heck I always do it too! But I don't recall a single instance on these forums where any issue was ever traced back to an actual "loose" fuse.

Thought I read somewhere that the manufacturers intentionally over inflate the tires to avoid getting flat spots for vehicles that might sit on the dealer's lot for extended periods of time.

I plan on bringing a small air gauge with me in case I need to deflate them to whatever the placard on the door jamb recommends (though that still seems to be too high for many people's preferences here, but it at least seems like a safe starting point for the drive home).

I was just looking at rates through all the "military" ones and almost spit out my coffee. I like my credit union but they only finance for purchases inside of Texas, plus my dealer is making me finance through them. That's not a big deal since a refinance this quick usually still gives you new car rates.
i am picking up my rubi tomorrow and the dealer financing was required.

6.34% is bananas with an almost 800 score. i need to refinance this as soon as the 91th day. holy crap!

USAA is 3.9 and navy fed is about 3.5. If y’all are still looking anyway.

6+% financing with 800 score? Dealer is trying to rip you off man. I got a pre-approval through USAA a few days ago at 3.79% and the dealer told me they will definitely beat that rate for me when I pick the vehicle up.

Just on a whim I refreshed the tracker, and boy did I get a surprise!

Awesome to see a 9/7 D1 move to In Production. Same scheduled date as me. Hoping I see some movement but I did get the D1 to D regress earlier in the week

My experience is the TPMS is very accurate on the rubicon and showed my tires were over inflated, 45 psi I think. It will give you a chance to play with the controls and see if the pressure is too high. I keep ‘em between 35 and 37 and seem to drive well at that pressure.

Don't think you legally have to wait the 91 days to refinance more of a scare tactic

Listen... did you know that Mickey Mouse has a social security number... It's 123-45-6789. Banks use it for testing programs and such. Now you do.
And this is my type of person
