Yea I already sold my car here in atlanta. I couldn’t risk it losing anymore value given the current market. I lost about $600 in a tax break but I’ll be aight.
For what it’s worth, I think you owe it to yourself to not get screwed on this Willys

Thanks so much for your advice. I'm waiting for a detailed estimate on trade-in value then will price up according to private sales numbers. I still owe 3600.- on it that will be paid off by the time of arrival of new jeep at end of year, but you're right, who knows the value it will be in 3 months. If I get a good quote now, I'll minus the 3,600 and if it's good number I'll sell it now.

Reign was announced with the disclaimer of late availability. So I wouldn't expect it to be any time soon. Those of us receiving deliveries have waited 12+ weeks ... cancelling and reordering will likely just put you right back in the same boat as far as delivery goes.

I agree, that color is very unusual and could be the issue. Isn't there anybody you could bug the crap out of??

In Georgia, you pay taxes on the net of the vehicle cost when trading in.
So if the new car is 50k and I trade in with a value of 10k, I pay 6.6% of 40k instead of 50k.

I don't need to ask. Just trying to help put things into perspective. Not trying to be rude, but this thread clearly shows many people ordering obviously were not emotionally equipped to handle the ordering process in our world of entitlement.

I have a lot of options/add-ons too (window sticker below). Just my theory, but I think dealer allocation and when you order has the biggest impact of when a person's jeep is built. I ordered early on and was the third 2023 order at my dealership (the two in front of me were 392's). That's just my theory though.

Hi Carol, financing is not a requirement for the Tread Lightly discount. But, be aware that not all dealers participate in the program. You should call your dealer and talk with them about it.

I’m seriously about to pull the plug… I can’t believe there is zero communication from Jeep or my dealer about when the heck they are going to start building my Jeep… maybe I need to scrap the reign and order a sting gray. Then I could have it in 4 weeks like most other people on here smh

I hear you….I am frustrated waiting for white 2-door Sport S w/no communication. If I knew 2-doors were pushed way down the list to be built I wouldn’t have bothered…oh well, hoping for some good news soon ?

Glad I can finally disconnect from this particular thread.

I ordered in July and was told 4 months... so I was given the time frame up front and know that it might be November before I see it. Maybe some weren't told about the time frames? I almost think having the tracker is worse than having nothing and just knowing you need to wait for the dealer to call.
