I really had a good feeling about today. Now that it didn’t happen today I don’t know that I have it in me to think that about everyday.

Im not sure what to think anymore... Just going with the flow ...Someone wake me up when my status changes

I also got the mail voucher for a $1750 bonus cash allowance about 3 weeks ago. I have no idea how Jeep decides to send those out but it was perfect timing. The only thing I can think of is signing up for updates on their web site for certain models a long time ago and maybe they send those out after a certain time frame.

I got mine 3 weeks ago also! I was stoked. One week after I signed up.

Great feeling to receive basically free money when you’re already committed to buying their product. Do you also have a Punkn on order? Thought about creating a specific thread for the 23 punkn orders. Who knows when they will actually start scheduling them with such a back log of other orders.

I don't think my tracker likes me

If it makes you feel any better, I ordered a Toyota and gave them a down payment in May.
They still haven’t called me back to tell me anything.
I’m picking up the Jeep this weekend and the first thing I’m doing is driving to the Toyota Dealership to show them my new Jeep and collect my down payment.
Pissed I waited, but that’s going to be a satisfying moment.

That’s awesome similar build ordered 9/28 and confirmed no movement Cara assigned a ticket a week ago. Didn’t do 4.88 wishing I had lol

Yep! Especially when you’re going through Granger buying 6% under MSRP + a 10K profit off selling your car to Carvana lol. Yes, we do have a Punk’n on order! I had a feeling it would take a bit because they only do 11 colors at a time. Seems like a lot of the Reign ones are getting scheduled now. I’m going to go out on a limb and say most of us won’t start seeing scheduling changes until early to Mid-January.

From what I remember, you cannot actually "order" a Toyota. I read that dealers get what they get (depending on model, region, etc) and I believe they can sometimes tweak some options, but that's about it. In contrast, my buddy custom-ordered a new 2023 BMW X1 (built in Germany) in early September and he just took delivery a week ago. With Jeep, the only thing I have after waiting for over 5 months is a confirmed order.

You are correct. Toyota doesn’t let you place an order like Jeep does (Strike one). It is based on the dealer allocations. But with the options I selected the dealer assured me they’d have no issues tweaking one of their allocations to come very close with a month or two. No such luck (strike two). Then, after following up every couple of weeks after the two months had lapsed, on their allocation dates, to see if anything had turned up they got pissy with me. I stopped “bothering them and didn’t hear from them for 3 months (you’re outta there). Placed the order for the Jeep.
I agree that it shouldn’t take this long though. Has anyone been able to tell you what the delay is?? I can’t think of options that would push it out that far unless something was discontinued during the process.

Only as much as there is a ‘typical order configuration’
Reportings here are only a very small fraction of daily plant output (reportedly 600-800 Wranglers daily).

Once in E, selected options that are installed after the line can significantly add to the build time frame (Mopar accessories, dual doors etc).

Builds that are lacking such add-ons have been seen to move through in 1-3 days. - Tracker info is only as good as its timely updates; our database here is minimal, considering the daily output.

Didn’t realize your build has the SOT. Very nice feature! I’ve seen older postings where that selection can create delays in scheduling. Now wondering if it also prolongs the build process? (Not really sure why it should).
