2021 steering box issues?

I have heard a lot about bad steering boxes but cannot recall if the 2021 JLUR is included in those discussions?
I just started to hear a clunking noise from the front end yesterday, it has 8000 miles on it (5000 since lifted) It happens when you turn the wheel back and forth just a couple of inches running or not, I had the wife turn the wheel while I was underneath, and the clunk is coming from like the pitman arm I think (big nut facing down)
Any ideas?

Just went into the garage and turned the wheel both with it off and running and guess what?
It will not do it while its cold!
