Hey All,

I recently reached out to Jim Marsh about a quote for a JLUR, and they told me the 2020 ordering is available now.

After they sent me the build sheet, it looks like there is no longer a 2K upcharge for an automatic transmission. Is anyone else seeing this on their buildsheets?

There’s no upcharge for the engines but I’m pretty sure there are for the transmissions - prices are to the right of the engine list

It’s an error. The auto transmission is still an up charge. I got a quote from Patrick at Criswell a few days ago and I just called him a few minutes ago with some follow up questions. On my quote it shows the up charge for auto. He didn’t have my quote in front of him and I didn’t ask about that, but he told me others had and it was just a system error. There is still a 2k up charge.

I have two JLRU configurations in front of me from 2 different dealerships for the same build. Both have the 3.6 V6 engine (non E-Torque). One shows the msrp for the 8 spd automatic transmission as $2500. The other is for $1500. Still having glitches. Not sure which price is correct. Neither one is for $2000.

Honestly the upcharge for the AT is a bunch of BS; go ahead and make them only MT and watch sales drop

So which is it: 2500, 1500, or 2000? The order guide says it's 2500 lol.

Same for me. Hmmmm... coincidence?

The FCA order guide as well as the what is new for 2020 model year document both state the following for the JLUR:

V6 MT: No charge
V6 AT: $2500
2.0T AT: $1500

I think it is fair to assume there is a system glitch. This is not uncommon at the beginning of a model year.

I now have 3 POCs, each has a different price for the 3.6L with AT:

Today: $0.00
Yesterday: $1500.00
Saturday: $2500.00

The dealership informed me that they cannot place an order until the issue is corrected which is understandable. We all know that the price isn't $0.

Waste of a trip however...

Please let me know what the prices are when they finally tell you!

Agreed. This is the accurate pricing

Hopefully FCA will get the order system corrected soon. I'd like to place my order. My salesman is a nice guy but I could have done without the uneventful round trip lol.
