2019 JLU 4 High issue.

Hi yall,

I have a 2019 JLU and I appear to be having issues switching into 4 high. When I move the shifter into 4 high the jeep says I am in neutral, but when I shift into 4 low everything appears to work well. however if I move the shifter a hair towards 2 high the 4 high light comes on.

This is super confusing to explain and I hope it is just a sensor issue. has anyone had this problem and what was the fix?

When you shift into 4 Hi, can you drive it or is it actually in neutral?

I can drive it, but the vehicle not change gears. It stays in first, it is automatic as well.
