I've read as many of the threads as I can and boy oh boy are there allot of them with these issues..many of those cases it seems people are getting locked into 4wh.
My light came on while random driving on the hwy in 2wd. Before it came on the first time I happened to just notice the 4wh and 4wl display was flickering a bit and then the lights went completely out and the error message came on. If I shut down the ignition, error goes away for almost 5 min exactly and then comes back on again. Checking the fuses again tonight but my guess (hope) is this seems like more of a sensor issue than a hardware failure of sorts.. wanted to get the opinions of the experts on their thoughts
