2018 jlu staring issue

Please help! I have a 2018 jlu with 65k. Last 6 months I'm experiencing starting issues. With no warning my jeep doesn't start. Everything comes on as normal but no attempt to start. I've taken both batteries out and had tested. 100% fine. I've replaced the starter. It test great now.
The last occurrence I unhooked both batteries for 15 min and rehooked, no help. After about an hr I tried to start and it started. I'm lost but thinking it has to be electrical.
Also periodic sluggish upshifts. Could it be related?

We're the batteries load tested?

Are they still the original batteries? If so, replace them. They are beyond their expected lifespan. Replace both Main & Aux at the same time.

They are not very old. With a yr. Tested fine but I spoke to a guy on here, very knowledgeable, and I've since deleted my aux battery from the system. Going to try this out and see if the problem still happens.

You might have bad crank sensors.
