2018 JL Rubi newbie question

I would like to replace the plastic front bumper with a stubby. Some have fog light provisions and some dont. For the one that dont what do you with the fog lights and circuits?

You can just unplug the circuit at the bumper and cap the plug. If you don't want the lights just leave them in the plastic bumper, if you do decide to use them you can remove them and the wiring from the plastic bumper, it is not very difficult but it is a PITA.
