As the title suggests, the sound when using Bluetooth cuts out when listening to music from my (or anyone else's) phone.
Called Uconnect and there were completely uninterested in helping and told me to take it to the dealer.
Took it to the dealer. They said they did some updates and should be fine... it wasn't, so I took it back and kept bothering me. They installed a new radio and still has the same problem. (assuming they ACTUALLY switched it out and didn't just bullshit me... which I wouldn't put past them)
So wondering if it's a different issue I'm completely over looking, as it's not just my phone... not the updates, and not the radio itself.
The other day I realized that if I hit the pause button, then hit play again... it starts playing again without cutting out. Then about 5-10 min later it starts cutting out again until I hit pause/play. Which I found odd but feel is pretty interesting and my by indicative of something. Can't figure it out though.
Anyone else have this issue? Or have an idea what the issue is?
Is doesn't happen with phone calls or navigation when using my phone... only listening too music via Bluetooth.
Radio and music off a USB drive works fine too.
Thanks for any help.
