2018 2-Door JL Soft Top Stuck

I recently purchased Jeep and had lifted (2 1/2", Metal Cloak) with new wheels (Method 703)/tires (BFG). Wanted to get the top down for first time. Removed all windows, unlatched front hooks, unlocked side hinges, and pulled lever at top rear. All videos show the top easily folding completely down. Mine only tilts back as one unit. The front part does not slide along the rails to the rear as it should. Not sure what is not disengaging to allow the top to go down. Any tips appreciated.

When I flip the front part back, the whole top tilts back as a unit...I dont get the "sun rider" effect.

Might need to see the position of the top when you open it. I know there was something about a sliding track piece sometimes being inside or outside when it should have been the other.
Can you put it back into the closed position without issue?

Fwiw, You should go into "sunrider" mode, then pull the lever on the back to retract the rest - I've seen at least one video skipping the sunrider part, which is very difficult to do. But, it sounds like your roof is moving, just incorrectly, so that's probably not an issue.
