2 extra screws

Hi,
I took delivery of a new JL Sport S Unlimited a week ago and in the same plastic bag as the tool kit, there was 2 screws for which I have no idea what to do with.
Any idea?

To mount the front plate on the bumper.....at least that is what i used my 2 for.

Yup, different states.

Front plate is required in CO.

Thanks guys. Yes that’s most likely what they are for. Here in Florlda, we don’t have a front plate.

My 2021 JLUR came with a front license plate holder and 6 screws included with it. I guess the two extra screws are for the rear license plate.
