12 inch screen freezes up...

So a few times this week my 2024 sahara 2000 miles touch screen freezes up can't go from android auto if I'm on goggle maps or Spotify and want to tap.on media to back to radio or change climate settings...its annoying...I do radio reset i learned from forum and sometimes it works sometimes not..it's happened 2 or 3 times..is this a trip to dealer issue if it keeps happening? Has this happened to you?

How do you connect to Android Auto? a) blue tooth, or b)Cable
I use a cable and have good results - most of my interface with the screen is with Google Maps or Xon ( off road stuff)....also I play music from the phones memory...hth

I use Bluetooth to connect...Spotify music from my phone..just screen freezes up here and there can not navigate around if it happens again I'll stop by the dealer or I'll have to make an apt i don't use connect navigation just Google maps

Nobody have this issue? It's still happening here & there i just keep resetting the radio too bad quality is horrible... bgt sahara 8/31 of this yr...2200 miles
