Update - link to official product page:
https://nextventuremotorsports.com/.../jl-jt-aluminum-high-line-fender-flares-front

Apparently, Next Venture Motorsports is coming out with a new set of front and rear aluminum flat fenders. They address the one major complaint I've had with the current crop of flat fenders, which is height.

All of the current offerings for the Rubicons don't increase tire clearance any more than chopped Sport or Sahara fenders, because they sit lowering relation to the hood line. These fenders actually sit slightly higher than the tops of Rubicon fenders, giving more tire clearance than chopped Rubi fenders.

Skip to 17:50, if the video starts from the beginning. I don't know how to make it start when I want it to...

Edit to add: looks like it's easier to not start from the beginning than I thought, but just a tad too early.

Nice. I like a built in light like this too. I would rather have the welds smoothed though. Maybe they do before paint?

I'm on my phone. I skipped ahead to mentally log the time distance into that part of the video. All I did was hit the share button, than copy link button, and pasted it to that post. It automatically linked to that time spot.

Thanks for the tutorial, though! For future reference, is that for using an actual computer?

I have been eyeing them since I got their email announcing them a few weeks back.
Am very curious how the final product turns out. Looks like another item to add tot he list.

So would these offer more clearance than the Motobilt highline ones? I have them and they're great, but I like the width of these more I think. Ultimately wouldn't be enough to sway me, but the comparison could help others.

Edit: Looks like they sit even higher than Motobilt after looking at mine, nice for the hardcore crowd!

That price is crazy. Does anyone know how/why NVM is almost always higher priced than other comparable manufacturers? I'd love to support them since they are a local CO company, but man, their pricing is just so high.
You will need to ask them that :)

Being a new product that offers better clearance up to 42" tires and better than chopped rubi fenders, gives them a place in the market no one else is doing. Not that is the reason they are ~$500 more on front fenders, or ~$300 more with the discount right now. I would need to have the product in my hands to know if the price is reasonable in comparison to others.

I would venture to guess that overall clearance would be very similar between the NVM and Motobilt flares. The former are wider and sit a bit higher, but the latter are narrower.

Me thinks the only appreciable gain would be more tire coverage.

I’m still super cautious of full coverage metal fenders on the east coast. We travel enough, I hate not having the coverage.
