To me, it’s like when they screw up my order in a fast food joint.
I remind myself that these are low-paying jobs. They aren’t going to attract the best and the brightest.
At least those folks are WORKING.

Both said the same. Maybe things have changed.
Oh, and I applied and was approved for DT credit card. That saved another $50. The card will likely never be used again, but I’ll take a free $50 anytime.

That doesn't make sense. When you order tires on the Discount Tire site (not DTD) the store calls you to tell you when the tires will be in. They do not charge you online. They take the money at your appoinyment. I'd call CS and get the rebate you are owed.

Oh, I did. Screw ups 3 visits in a row is unacceptable. Some of the mistakes could have ended in losing a wheel at speed at worse, vehicle damage at best. Not to be all negative, the sales, customer service and value are top notch. One assistant manager went above and beyond once. I won’t forget that.
