I have a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited (JL) with the D30/D35 front/rear axles I want to swap the stock axles for Rubicon D44 axles with E-Lockers. The Rubicon D44 on the JL is about 1.5" wider than the axles on my Sahara. Will the axles still bolt on directly without any fabrication...

So the other day it had rained and the roads still had a dampness to them. I decided to turn traction control off and punch it and did a little burn out. Did this twice. It was after this that I noticed the following... I was driving and let off the gas, then I got back on the gas, not hard...

My son-in-law has a JK Sahara and warned me that if I submerged my axles completely I should change my gear oil in case some water got in the breather tube. Yet on the rear gate of my JLU Sahara it shows a clear picture of the Jeep in water up to it's bumper saying you can go up to 30" deep...
