Literally just had mine replaced at the dealer and they put an upgraded fox one on. They said the stock one isnāt worth replacing with the same part. Fixed my death wobble even if it is a bandaid till I can address the rest at a local shop.
I have the gpca cover, very nice and would recommend if you take the top off a lot. Not super secure but like the saying goes Out of sight out of mind and stops stuff from flying out of the back.
Did the outer banks last year and rode all over the beach and it was a great time. Saw a few wild horses also! Air down, 4 hi, and turn off traction control completely. You will have no issues.
Relieved to finally get the recall completed and be able to park in the garage again. I went in for a check engine light and they fixed the recall which is awesome. I wasnāt aware a fix was even available yet.
Interesting that a lot of issues people are having have zero to do with it being a 4xe, just Jeep issues ex: stereo, leaks, rattles, ball joints. Sounds like very few 4xe powertrain problems which is good to hear.
2021 11k miles here with zero issues minus a fuel cap check engine light in the first month. Still fast, fun, and looks great with about half its time in pure electric commuting to and from work.
Yup, just cancelled my reservation and plan on buying out my lease on the 4xe. I donāt see me buying another new Ford ever again. Not delivering to reservation holders and delivering to dealers who all marked them up $10k and then taking away the main appeal of the Bronco, the Sasquatch pkg...
Older thread but great info for new people. Iāve had the Jeep over a year now and wouldnāt buy another without selec-trac. Cold rainy day today in NJ and just pop it into 4 auto and zero slip.
Itās great and a lot of fun in the 4xe to utilize the full power! I usually turn off the traction...
I have looked into this a bit, just something for out of sight out of mind.

By far my favorite is Knockaround, US made sunglasses from San Diego. Got sick of losing $200 sunglasses. These look awesome and hold up great for like $20-30. I recommend the Torrey Pines for bigger heads like mine and Premiums for normal sized people haha. Buy from my link and save $10ā¦.plus...
Looking to hear what 4xe owners are using for an aftermarket hitch. Seems not all jl hitches work. For example the Quadratech one says not for 4xe.
just need it for a bike rack and dirt bike carrier. Easy install preferred!
The 4xe is awesome!
Power - coming from a mustang gt I still enjoy the 4xe power
handling - I guess with the battery mounted low the Jeep is surprisingly planted around corners
amenities- interior is way nicer then I expected and the alpine system with the bigger screen is great and included...
