I have jscan and have used it for led light swap, Lowering TPMS warning and a few other things. I'm not able to disable the auto start stop? Is it that jscan can't do this or am I doing something wrong? I deactivated all auto start stop parameters and it still works.

2021 Willys 2 door manual 3.6 Two times now the oil dipstick popped out and covered the engine bay with oil. once at 3,000 miles and now at 12,000 miles. Both times it was about 1/2 QT. pcv valve? or what do you guys think? It's still under warrantee.
