Dashboard Headlight Level Adjustment on UK Rubicon?

3 weeks in with my brand new Rubicon. Keep getting flashed by oncoming drivers at night!!

Am guessing my dipped headlights are dazzling them given the height of the Jeep (though it is completely factory standard).

I have now read the manual front to back twice and cannot find a dashboard adjustment for the level of the headlights?

Any help/suggestions greatly appreciated.
