No, you don't. Run away from that dealer as fast as you can. They give it to you and then get reimbursed from FCA. That is BS.

Look what arrived today! My door dingas (I gave them a MA accent)! The guy from Ace cautioned me that it would be three weeks before I’d receive them. I told him not to worry, I’d still be tracking my Jeep then.
