I don't think it's a removable panel. Just a bad urban camouflage job. Oh, by the way, the flap on the back wheel was because there was a small camera facing back.Woahhh... that's a hard top.. that seems to be covered up on top.. and again, the camo is cut around the rear window as if it is some sort of removable panel.
