Did you have any issues with the body bolts? My middle passenger side bolt and fat washer will come almost all the way out but then just hang there like there's something I can't see snagging it. I can hand-screw it freely and swing it side to side but it's stuck on something...any thoughts?Ace rock slider installed this morning.
You gotta pull on it. If it’s loose and spins freely give it a hard yank and it’ll pop out.Did you have any issues with the body bolts? @ACE Engineering you guys have any ideas?
Thank you. Wheels are 18x9Those wheels look great! What brand are they and what size, please?
After I posted I looked up some stuff on the JK forums - got the same advice and I'm happy to report it worked. Thanks! You gotta pull on it. If it’s loose and spins freely give it a hard yank and it’ll pop out.

You're a braver man than me. Blow out on a 4 tire vehicle sucks at highway speed, would never risk it on a 2 tire vehicle. Hopefully it was at least the rear one.I had a screw go into my motorcycle tire in the same spot as your tire. It had 700 miles on it and was a 350.00 tire. I plugged it and rode that tire until threads were showing. No issues.
I have been riding since I was seven years old. Had blow outs before and never had issues handling it. It was the rear tire a 240 rear at that. You're a braver man than me. Looks great! Are those Fuel vector wheels? Any issue with the rear view camera that quite a few people have been mentioning?
Good for you! I've been riding for 47 years myself. Had one blowout and it changed my outlook about riding on less than stellar tires. I probably replace them more than I need to, but I ride double a lot and chances I might have taken by myself I won't do with someone else riding with me. Dangerous enough out there as it is. Anyway, ride safe and keep the shiny side up!I have been riding since I was seven years old. Had blow outs before and never had issues handling it. It was the rear tire a 240 rear at that.![]()
Would you mind posting a pic of the entire mat in the back of your JL? Thanks
Awesome. Looks like it doesn't cover part of the floor on the left side, correct? I'm wanting the entire rear covered for my dogs... My jk carpet is covered in hair. I am hoping something like the pic below get released soon so I can have it before I purchase a JL.![]()
I can get a day shot tomorrow if it will help.
I'll look again tomorrow, i didn't think there were gaps. I have one dog that barely sheds, he jacked up the back of my JK. The carpet is different in the JL, more like the Grand Cherokee. My wife has a GC and she has no hair stuck in her carpet.Awesome. Looks like it doesn't cover part of the floor on the left side, correct? I'm wanting the entire rear covered for my dogs...
