Yay more droop! Flex is sexy!Took it back in the woods finally, first chance to try out the new rk springs and shocks. They worked great! This kit is very flexible, after all it basically turns your rig into one giant heim joint, lol. We ran across a group down in one of the mud spots.
Two of them stuck..... In the picture if you zoom in you’ll see one at top of the hill, and the one that’s getting winched out got stuck backing up to pull him out.
They had it under control but I told them we’d hang out until they got out.
In the bottom two pics I was able to replicate the wheel up full droop situation so I could see the difference between the Mopar and rk lifts. I feels like it’s more planted now and I have more control since the wheels are on the ground more .....

Many thank-yous… I can't see why it wouldn't work with the Mopar reinforcement kit. There doesn't look to be any interference & they both use the same eight 13mm bolts that mount to the tailgate. With the offset I have, the camera catches a sliver of the lower part of the rim (also did with the stock carrier). The rear camera housing tube is mounted to the adjustable part of the carrier & slides forward & back based on your wheel offset. I didn't care much for the cheap, plastic "vanity" cover; this one's aluminum, is better quality, and looks better. There are creative DIY methods to extend the camera using pvc (won't work with this), but the overall view isn't obstructed.
My driving scares me too ! ?Replaced the spare carrier with the @TeraFlex Alpha HD...it's a nice improvement. I really liked the Jeep grille CHMSL, but I didn't like knowing I'd have to remove 4 Torx bolts (2 sizes) and the lugs just to get the spare off. The quick-release is... well, just that. Makes removing the spare easier. Know your wheel offset... the minimum supported is 5", max 8".
Amongst basic tools, you'd need a torque wrench that supports 100 ft-lbs, a couple of 22mm wrenches (an adjustable works), a teeny-tiny 1.5mm hex key, T8 Torx, and a 12-pt 10mm socket. The random sizes threw me off, but luckily I already had them. @BernJLUR was right... tiny screws.
Since it's adjustable to accommodate larger tire sizes and forward/back, the stock tailgate bump stops are all you need so no pvc & rubber tip extensions needed. If you're like me and don't like seeing blanks on the spare, you want to make sure you leave room for a couple of bolts. If you fill in the blanks, depending on what you use to fill them, they may interfere with the quick-release tab. Remove them first & then flip the tab.
