Any tips for swapping out the headlight bulbs? I have them out of the housing I just can’t seem to get them to separate from the wiring no matter how hard I pull. I have the little gray tab pulled back as well. No dice. Turning my hair gray real quick...

Yeaaaaah I just emailed the General Manager. It would be shame to go elsewhere because buying the Jeep from them was a wonderful experience I expected the same from the service department...so we’ll see. I’m still curious as to if anyone knows how to replace it if worst comes to worst I’ll do...

The dealership told me they can’t prove it’s a factory defect.... Just spoke with Jeep Cares who said it would be covered unless the dealership thinks it was caused by an outside influence (which they haven’t even seen my Jeep in person yet) and recommend I get a second opinion from a different...

Less than 1000 miles and my sun visor broke at the point where it swivels. New part on the way but apparently it’s not under warranty so that being said: how do you get the visor off? I’m stuck with the wire for the vanity lights and can see to get it disconnected to replace the mount. Thanks...

Got these DV8 slider/steps installed and realized for the install price I could’ve bought the tools and done it myself...lesson learned
