What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

Installed my @BestopTeam Sunrider Soft Top yesterday then took it for a drive. Love how easy it is to open the top now compared to the Freedome top panels.

I do have a question for others that have installed this. The back seems to site a bit short of where I would have expected it to. Is there a way to adjust this so it fits better or is this how yours sits?

Also, do other experience the fabric flapping while its open? I was only driving about 45 MPH max yesterday and the fabric in the center was flapping somewhat. I'm concerned with what the will do over time, fabric wear or other issues.

Reinstalled mine this past weekend. Here is a picture on both sides. I think mine is a little closer fitting, but not a whole lot. Maybe check with BestTop on fit.

Today's theme of the day... Paint protection over paint correction. In just 3 hours flat. Boomshakalaka!

Wash, clayed, tar x, iron x, rinsed, dried, alcohol carpro eraser, ceramic wax.

Overnighted then rinsed and sprayed ceramic wax and rinsed off again.

Okay now do mine!

How'd you break....or should i not ask?

My winch is recessed in the frame rails and the way it sits, there is a lip of from the bumper that the rope dragged across and frayed the rope. I have a fairlane, but the angle that the rope goes in when all the rope is on the drum caused it to drag on the lip. I have ground down the lip so it should solve the problem.

Ah - that sucks. I had something similar on my ATV at 1 time.

These are the Mopar Performance Rails. They are a direct replacement for the Rubicon stock rails..below is a link to the thread that sold me on them. JeepPunk did a great job providing pictures.

Yeah they are nice, better than breaking out the tool every time. Saves about 2 minutes as if thats important lol.
