Looks familiar! :)

Did you go with the 6” RAM arm? But yeah @Moto_21 would he proud hehe

I still have mine, but took it off for a bit as I’m using the mirrors that came on my EAG tube doors. Will put the DoubleTake back on when I got full doorless.
3" on driver side, but 6" on passenger side.

I also used a 1/2" spacer rather than buying a shorter bolt. The only hex head bolts I found had a smaller head than the Ram ones. With a smaller bolt head, I think the 1" rubber ball would compress too much & not hold the mirror as steady as it should.

Yes indeed ... @Moto_21 gets the credit for bringing this idea to the forum! (I believe your post about them was the first time I saw the idea though ... so credit to you too!)

Agreed. I think even Jeep has relized this as well. They have released the 2019 Sahara Altitude model where all that crap is blacked out... I don't even know who's idea was this blingy thing... Anyhow, I am happy with the results.
I honestly believe they know the bling doesn't look as good on purpose to incentivize upgrade to the Rubicon...

Some people like it, so they sold a bunch of them. Some people don't, so they make a blacked-out version, and are selling a bunch of them. Win/win for Jeep.

EAG rear bumper installed with their third brake light and license plate relocation kits. I'm liking the look and will soon have a new wheel/tire combo that will replace the stock spare (as well as the other four!).

Today's theme of the day... Paint protection over paint correction. In just 3 hours flat. Boomshakalaka!

Wash, clayed, tar x, iron x, rinsed, dried, alcohol carpro eraser, ceramic wax.

Overnighted then rinsed and sprayed ceramic wax and rinsed off again.

They now have the Altitude model where everything is blacked out - available for both Sport and Sahara. I think they just really thought it looked cool... but it turned out, it didn't...

This is a fun thread I’ve seen on a few other forums. Can be anything from mods to drives, to washes, etc. pictures are always a plus!

So what did you do to your Jeep today?
This past weekend, I removed the back seats!! Aahhhh, so much better.
My old 2011 Rubicon, they came out a week after I bought it.
I also changed the oil at 1003 miles. Installed a magnetic drain plug too.
All good and next oil change at 4000 miles, then 5000 foward.

Bingo. The folks who make such decisions may be aesthetically challenged, but I doubt if they’re diabolical.

Got new wheels and tires installed! Fuel vapor wheels 20x10 -18mm offset and 35x12.50 nitto ridge grappler tires. Everything fit stock on the 2019 JLU Rubicon, no rub around town.

How do the tires feel? I'm curious how the F rating feels compared to the stock tires/previous tires you have run.

they are a good Five Star dealer...I found out since I bought mine that my local Five Star dealer here is horrible and I will never do business with them. They refuse to participate in the Jeep Wave Program most of the time. They won't give loaners and they have charged for stuff that is supposed to be free.
Yes Gwinnett does and they have taken care of her every time I go.
