Got a like-new Sunrider (premium twill) from a fellow local Jeeper who’s selling his 2-weeks old JL for a Raptor (to each their own) for a whopping $500 steal! Now that’s money well spent. Love the open air feel.

The gloss black bumper inserts definitely look better than the silver. I try to understand them, try to make some meaning out of the random shape that they are, but ultimately decide they need to be toned down.

Agreed. I think even Jeep has relized this as well. They have released the 2019 Sahara Altitude model where all that crap is blacked out... I don't even know who's idea was this blingy thing... Anyhow, I am happy with the results.

I also agree. Ever since I blacked out mine about a couple months or so ago, I have loved the look even more. I think the older JKs are all Silver too right?

Did my fender chop front and rear, installed American adventure labs brackets and lights(fyi, gorilla water proof double stick tape works great , I did not want to drill a hole through the fender for the bolt that secures it to the bracket). Also installed Motobilt inner fenders. They needed a little modification to fit the way I think they should have out of the box, but price was right, used a matte clear coat to take the shine out of them. Really happy with the end result!

Mine has the same crease where it looks like it doesn't cover. Flaps for sure when all or just the front windows are all the way down. I have found it flaps less when the front are down all the way and the rear cracked about an inch.

Thank you. I'll try playing with the windows and how much they are open to see if it makes a difference like you say.

I bought mine from Gwinnett CDJR as well. I got mine before they had the chance to throw their name on it though!

they are a good Five Star dealer...I found out since I bought mine that my local Five Star dealer here is horrible and I will never do business with them. They refuse to participate in the Jeep Wave Program most of the time. They won't give loaners and they have charged for stuff that is supposed to be free.

Did the Morimoto sequential fender LEDs. And no, they dont work as they should. Same issues as everyone else. Will need a tazer to dial them in. Was going to get one anyway..... But hey retailers are still selling these even though the bugs aren't being worked out... Bought mine through Xtreme Terrain.
