Hello All,
Any regrets? I love the look, but have heard mixed reviews about drive quality. I have zero off-road plans and would do 35s.
Thanks.
FM.

Just ask @cosine he knows!
If you like the look and don't mind sacrificing some comfort and off road performance get whatever you're diggin', it's your sled :)

No, I love mine. Pavement Princess, mall crawler... whatever others want to call it... it is my daily driver and I didn’t want a piece of shit. It’s your Jeep, get what you want.

Beautiful Black Rubi just like mine. Looks great.
I just really want to know how it rides on 20s compared to stock. Any perceivable difference?
Thanks.

If it’s your JEEP, do what you want. I have had 2 sets of 20” wheels on mine. In all honesty, I like the ride better on my Nitto Ridge Grapplers... no difference ride quality to me.

NOTHING wrong with 20s.

You do you.

How else can I say it? Just because it isn't for me, I'm not gonna tell you what to do. That used to be the American Way. It's still my way!

I like 20s on a jeep lifted to the sky. I also like 37s on a set of 17s, cuz that fat sidewall rubber is dope!

Just be safe! Don't get wheels that aren't made for the JL!

You hear that song playing in the background? That's the sound of freedom!

As long as the sidewall is not too thin you should be okay. Its when you go too low profile that the ride quality suffers.

Love me that sound!
I’m not looking for anyone to tell me what to do, but it seems they like to. All I want to know is the ride quality. Thanks for your input.
I think 20s look dope!

Why get 20" wheels to put off road tires? (Genuine question)
If you are wanting a mall crawler why not get a quieter, better riding, better handling, more efficient tire?
I'm not the guy you asked, but if you are running 37s on 20s, that's still sufficient sidewall for most off-road tasks but for the gnarliest. Not everyone wants to do the huge obstacles but still want to get after it and have fun.

Oh, and it looks hella cool!

I was planning on running BF Goodrich A/T KO2s. Not the most off-road tire...what are quieter, better handling, etc?
